Dgital Customized Solutions trading as Paradigm Management Consulting (PMC) was founded as a niche service provider focusing on bullying in the workplace.


As a training provider of behavioural change interventions, we have tailored our service offering and value proposition on the spirit and principles embodied in the EE Amendment Act (Act 55 of 1998) and the code of good practice on the prevention and elimination of violence and harassment in the world of work as per the recommendations of the International Labor Organization.


We specialize in bullying in the workplace interventions targeted at assisting employers and employees alike on the dynamics of bullying, steps to deal with and eradicate bullying, and the economic impact of bullying to the organization.


We are also SACE accredited and have school bullying training and awareness workshops for educators, school governing body members, staff and non-staff members and educators can receive CPD points on completion of our workshops.

We have instructor led training programs consisting of classroom training, online instructor led training, group role plays, videos and interactive discussions aimed at identifying and understanding bullying in the workplace, the interpersonal dynamics of bullying, applying emotional intelligence and understanding conflict management in the workplace as resilience to overcome the effects of bullying.

Our school bullying workshops are SACE accredited and focusses on identifying and understanding bullying and cyberbullying in schools, the community, and the workplace. The workshops also delve into the legal framework and recourse available to victims in schools and addresses questions such as can my 10-year-old go to jail for bullying? This course explores the dynamics of unconscious bias, gender equity and equality and the role of emotional intelligence as techniques and remedies to understand and eliminate bullying in schools.

We also offer faith-based workplace bullying training based on the dynamics of bullying, emotional intelligence and Christian doctrine and theology. This offering extends to schools that are faith based and Christian centred. At Paradigm we are exceptionally passionate about the eradication of this deviant behaviour and regularly drive awareness through written article publications, speaking on radio and presenting on company and tertiary institution webinars to empower both employer, employee and student alike.
