About Us
Dgital Customized Solutions trading as Paradigm Management Consulting (PMC) was founded as a niche service provider focusing on bullying in the workplace.
As a Services Seta accredited training provider of behavioural change interventions, it has tailored its service offering and value proposition on the spirit and principles embodied in the EE Amendment Act (Act 55 of 1998) and the draft code of good practice on the prevention and elimination of violence and harassment in the world of work as per the recommendations of the International Labor Organization.
