About Us
Digital Customized Solutions trading as Paradigm Management Consulting (PMC) was founded as a niche service provider focusing on bullying in the workplace.
As a training provider of behavioural change interventions, we have tailored our service offering and value proposition on the spirit and principles embodied in the EE Amendment Act (Act 55 of 1998) and the code of good practice on the prevention and elimination of violence and harassment in the world of work as per the recommendations of the International Labor Organization.

Our managing members are SABPP accredited HR professionals with decades of combined management and consulting experience in the mining, retail and manufacturing, oil and gas, and technology infrastructure sectors. Grant Saptoe is the founding member and Managing Director of Paradigm Management Consulting and an accredited HR Professional and Organisational Change Management Consultant within excess of 20 years multi-sector management experience and a specialist on the subject matter pertaining to Bullying in the Workplace. He has worked for various global conglomerates when workplace bullying was rife but could not be correctly classified as bullying and rather given names such as assertive and aggressive leadership styles. After being traumatically exposed to workplace bullying and becoming a victim, he decided to take a stand and advocate on workplace and school bullying.
Grant has joined forces with global anti- bullying advocates and joined the International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment and regularly advocates on the scourge of workplace bullying.
He has spoken on radio, appeared on a first ever anti bullying documentary on SABC and has written published articles and done many corporate webinars to drive awareness on workplace bullying.
Judy offers an outstanding track record in facilitation and coaching of personal growth, leadership development, emotional intelligence and mastery across industries. She guides individuals and teams to optimise on the job perfomance, which translates into tangble results and return on organisational investment. Her particular is for "emotional intelligence on steriods" which is about self-awarenesson a deep levelparticipants experience healing from past hurst and are able to awake purpuse. She fancilates this through coporate and public workshops and retreats.
Her most impactful experience of emotional intelligence work was at a platinum mine where she debriefed the staff after the Marikana tragedy. Through a particular facilitated healing and change in that situation, terrible experience were exposed and dealt with.
Her footprint is in banking, engineering, mining, manufacturing and other mainstream categories.
She's multi-lingual (English, Afrikaans, Tswana, Sepedi, Isizulu, xiTsonga, Basic Venda and Basic Portugues.
Lana Leipert is a personal mastery and transformation facilitator and coach, specialising in Leadership and Management, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Dynamics and Mindfulness.
Lana's educational background in psychology and progressive educational methodology, as well as her vast leadership experience and her passion for people, have contributed to her deep understanding of personal growth and development, an appreciation for diversity and her insight into inspiring change in human behaviour.
Lana has worked extensively with individuals, executives and teams at all levels in South African organisations for 21 years, to unlock individual potential, improve synergy and performance in teams and bring about cultural change and transformation within organizations.
