Does the company have an Anti-Bullying and Harassment Code and Policy in place?
Are all employees and third party service providers and clients inducted on the company’s Anti-Bullying and Harassment Code and Policy?
Does the organization have anti-bullying campaigns, training programmes, care and employee support assistance programmes in place?
Are Management, Supervisory and Human Resources personnel adequately prepared to swiftly facilitate the investigation of employee allegations and grievances of bullying when reported?
Does the company have the resources to ensure that disciplinary cases of bullying are handled independently and impartially?
Is there a monitoring and evaluation system to track the organisational culture and prevalence of bullying incidents?
